By signing up, you agree that we are acting as your agent for selling vouchers online. We'll assist you in the online provision of vouchers for deals that you will offer the customers. We agree to act as your agent, and supply vouchers to your customers, and process payments for you, then remit those funds to you on a regular basis. 

Staycay will help tourism businesses to sell their own vouchers online. Any business who would like to sell a deal/packages/Luxury experiences  can create a FREE account & start uploading offers.

You can register your business on the merchant Portal

You’ll need to push the site on your social media and other marketing channels. We will promoting it too on all the social media pages. Update your Facebook page, Instagram etc with a link to www.staycay.co.nz. Email your customers with offer links redirecting to staycay to buy the voucher.

The Merchant portal system will track all vouchers sold & the vouchers left. The Dashboard will show all the

* Sales

 * Payment options 

 * Policies 

 * Photos and descriptions

 * Reviews

You will be able to view your voucher sales in our Vendor portal . You can then download this as CSV and upload it into your POS system. You can also track redemption on the Vendor Portal.

This is entirely at your discretion. We are just creating an easy way for you, the merchants, to sell vouchers to customers online and for customers to easily purchase vouchers from you via Staycay. How you redeem and reconcile vouchers is up to you. 

we charge 15% commission which goes back into the products and services you use, including:

We believe that you are the best person to set the price of your offer– this is why we don’t add anything to your prices. Unlike other platforms that charge extra fees, the price you set is the price we display on staycay.
